The soundproofing needs serious work. you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, making relaxation difficult. Additionally, the cleaning staff missed a couple of days, leaving the floor messy and running out of toilet paper. The fire alarms went off twice, and the physical key arrangement felt outdated and less secure. The location feels a bit far from metro connections, making it less convenient for reaching popular attractions.
